Sustainability is at the heart of our menus. We proudly source our ingredients locally and hyper-locally, partnering with suppliers who prioritize ethical farming and fishing practices—such as The Ethical Butcher in Wembley and ChalkStream in Hampshire. By using whole fruits and embracing every part of the ingredient, we minimise waste while maximising flavour.

TATE WINE
At Tate, our extensive wine cellar features exceptional vintages from acclaimed small-scale producers from around the world. Each season, our carefully curated wine selection is overseen by Hamish Anderson—CEO of Tate Enterprises and a trained sommelier. For several years, we’ve also served wine on tap, a sustainable choice that delivers premium quality at accessible prices while significantly reducing our environmental impact.
